Before you download.
Downloading, installing or using any Oasis plugin means you agree to our Terms of Service, including the software licence (EULA). The short version:
- Plugins are licensed to you, not sold. Sharing, reselling or cracking them isn't allowed.
- One licence key covers up to 3 of your own computers (TrimMachine: 2).
- The music you make is yours — no royalties, release it however you like.
- Downloads are delivered straight away, so all sales are final, except where the law says otherwise or we made a billing mistake.

- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime — included with Windows 11; the installer adds it if it is missing

Installation
How do I install a plugin?
Download the installer for your platform, run it and follow the prompts. Then open your DAW — if the plugin isn't listed, rescan your plugins and restart.
The plugin doesn't show up in my DAW.
Make sure your DAW has scanned the standard plugin folders, then force a full rescan and restart it. On macOS, Audio Unit validation can take one extra launch.
I hear crackles or dropouts.
Raise your audio buffer size — 256 to 512 samples is a good range for mixing.
Licensing & activation
How many computers can I activate?
Up to 3 at a time, as long as you own or control them. A TrimMachine key covers 2.
How do I move a licence to a new computer?
Email info@oasiscreativelabs.com with your order number and we'll free up the old computer. Then activate the new one with your key.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to activate. After that the plugin works offline.
Can I give or sell my licence to someone else?
Licences can't be shared or resold. Email us and we may be able to transfer it. The full rules are in the software licence.
Purchases
Can I get a refund?
Plugins are delivered the moment you buy, so all sales are final. If we charged you twice or the wrong amount, we'll put it right. Your rights under consumer law always apply. For EU and UK buyers: by buying you ask for immediate delivery, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal once your key or download has been delivered — see section 3 of the Terms.
Who owns the music I make with your plugins?
You do. We claim no rights in your audio and you owe us no royalties.
